Frequently asked questions
What exactly do I get?
One zip with the files listed in “What's inside”: the kiosk app (visitor screen + admin page), the 30-minute SETUP manual, the optional notification server, and the NDA/privacy/rules templates in 6 languages. The free sample shows the real style before you pay.
What hardware do I need?
Any device with a current browser: an iPad or Android tablet at reception, or the office's old laptop. There is nothing to install — open the file, tap Fullscreen, done. The optional email/Slack helper is a single Python file, and it's only needed if you want those two channels.
How does the host get notified?
Through channels you configure yourself in the admin page: a Telegram bot works directly from the kiosk with no server; any webhook that allows browser calls (n8n, Make, your own API) receives the visit as JSON; and the included tiny Python server adds SMTP email and a Slack relay. Nothing is routed through us — the kit has no telemetry at all.
Does one license really cover all my locations?
Yes. The license is per buyer, not per location: run the kiosk on any tablets and PCs you control, at one or many of your own sites, with no per-location fee. What you may not do is redistribute the files — each company needs its own license.
Is the NDA template legal advice?
No. The acknowledgment, NDA and privacy-notice files are starting points to paste into the admin page and adapt with your own reviewed wording — the kit itself says this in the license. For a legally binding agreement, have qualified counsel review what you put in front of visitors.
What if it doesn't fit my reception?
Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund — no interrogation, and you keep (or delete) the files. Bug fixes and v1.x updates are free from the same download page.
